• 1/2 of a package of frozen spinach
• 1/2 cup of onions
• 1/2 cup of shredded mild or sharp cheddar cheese
• 2-3 tsp of Tony Chachere’s seasoning
• 1 & 1/2 tbsp of EVOO
Start off by:
~ Drizzling your EVOO in a pot and add your onions to be sautéed over medium low heat
~ After your onions are soft, caramelized, and somewhat brown add your frozen spinach
~ When your spinach is more than halfway thawed add your seasoning
~ Add your cheese and stir
~ Preheat your oven to 360 degrees
~ Pour your contents into a baking dish and bake until your spinach is slightly crispy in the top
~ Drizzle extra shredded cheese over the top of your dish
~ Melt the extra cheese in your oven for 5-7 minutes
Now you’re ready for a healthy breakfast!
